At Déité, we want you to feel divine in your new shoes. We understand that buying footwear online can sometimes be tricky regarding sizing. That is why we offer a lenient returns policy to ensure you find the perfect fit.

1. Our "Perfect Fit" Promise (30-Day Returns)

While UK law sets a standard 14-day cooling-off period, we have extended this to 30 days from the date you receive your order.

If the shoe is not the correct size, or if you have simply changed your mind, you may return the item(s) to us within 30 days for a full refund or an exchange.

2. Conditions of Return

To be eligible for a return or exchange under our 30-day policy, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. This means:

  • Unworn: Shoes must only be tried on indoors on a carpeted surface. We cannot accept returns if the soles show signs of wear or scuffing.

  • Original Packaging: The items must be returned in their original shoe box and packaging (which is considered part of the product).

  • Tags: Any attached tags or protective stickers must remain intact.

Please Note: If the item is returned damaged, worn outdoors, or in an unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the goods, or to refuse the return.

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please visit Deite.co.uk or contact us directly:

  1. Email Us: Send a request to Paul@Deite.co.uk with your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., "Size too small").

  2. Pack the Item: Place the shoe box inside a protective shipping bag or box (please do not tape up the shoe box directly).

  3. Ship It: Please post your return to the address below. We recommend using a tracked service.

4. Exchanges

If you need a different size, we are happy to help.

  • Please indicate the size you need when contacting us.

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • We will cover the shipping cost to send the new size out to you.

5. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we will notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal).

  • Please allow up to 14 days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have a statutory right to a full refund.

  • Within 30 Days: You are entitled to a full refund for faulty goods.

  • After 30 Days (up to 6 months): We have the opportunity to repair or replace the faulty item. If we cannot, you are entitled to a refund.

7. Cancellations (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

Our 30-day policy, goes above and beyond your legal right to cancel your contract with us within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason. Our 30-day policy already exceeds this statutory right, ensuring you have ample time to decide.
